A Representative has a responsibility to lead with honor.

To be a successful leader requires actively listening, vision, integrity, decisiveness,

empathy, resilience, and the ability to inspire others.

A great leader listens to the needs of the people they are responsible for.

They possess a clear vision, steering a path forward while

demonstrating unwavering integrity and honesty.

Decisiveness allows for making informed choices promptly, even in challenging situations.

Empathy forms connections, understanding, and supporting peoples' needs and perspectives. Resilience fosters the ability to persevere through obstacles,

learning from setbacks and adapting to change.

Ultimately, a remarkable leader inspires commitment toward shared goals,

fostering growth, and empowering those around them.
